Floral Delivery Service By Crystal Lake Floral Design
Delivery Area Information
We serve the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul Twin Cities as our local marketplace,
we can deliver inner ring suburbs as late as 3pm with our Express Delivey, as
our normal delivery cut off is 11:30 CST.
Outer tier area orders have to be in the shop by 11:30 CST for same day service.
Delivery fees are added to all orders at checkout, ranging from 9.95, to 14.95
to 18.95 for areas as Buffalo and Big Lake
Special Delivery is available, everyday until 3pm on all orders for most metro
Zip Codes, This is our Express Delivery service - The Delivery Fee for these
deliveries is double the normal rates, this is nice to know, a great service
to have when you absolutely have to get your flowers delivered FAST! Call 612-522-3316

We can also help you with your orders out of town, we have an trade association
of professional florists we work with, IPFlorist.com
to provide nationwide local florist delivery service. We will personally facilitate
the processing of your Out-Of -Town floral order and insure your order is filled
and delivered to meet your 100% satisfaction, guaranteed!
Specific Times
We will do our best to accommodate time requests and can guarantee local delivery
within a specific time range provided your order is placed at least 24 hours prior
to delivery. Timed-delivery upgrade charges may apply. Our normal delivery times
are between 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, residences, hotels and
hospitals and 2:30 p.m.
For items ordered with Express delivery, your item will be delivered within
2 hours of having placed the order.
During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended
hours and delivery times are 8am-7pm..
Funerals / Memorial Services
These orders receive top priority. If you have ordered late and missed the funeral
service we will notify you quickly so that we can assist you to make other arrangements,
have your flowers sent to the home of the family. We work with all of the local
funeral homes, insuring your delivery will be done in time. We normally contact
the mortuary, funeral home or church right anyway to verify details - to make
sure your order is not missed.
Hotels
If the recipient is not the registered guest, please make sure to include the
name under which the room is reserved in our product order page.
Hotel deliveries are made to the Guest Services desk and while we can request
your order be placed in the room prior to arrival, we cannot guarantee it. We
suggest you call the hotel and also make in-room placement requests with their
concierge.
Hospitals
We call all hospitals to verify patient room numbers prior to delivering your
get well wishes. Patients in ICU, CCU and some special wards are unable to received
deliveries. We call twice daily to check if a special ward patient is eligible
to receive flowers.
We recommend you refrain from sending flowers with strong fragrances to hospitals.
Due to allergies, latex balloons and fragrant lilies like 'Stargazers' and 'Casa
Blancas' are prohibited from being delivered to hospitals.
Schools
Many schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher and faculty
gifts to the school and any student orders to their residences. Orders to K-12
schools should be placed by 10 a.m. because they usually must be received by 2:30
p.m. Orders to Colleges or Universities campuses are accepted for offices only,
and not to classrooms. An order must include the direct phone number of the recipient.
If the recipient is not at home or work
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery,
the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve
when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient
to call to arrange for re-delivery. Flowers will only be left on porches, or 'back
door' with your approval.
For deliveries of business gifts, if the recipient is out of the office for the
day, your gift typically, will be left for them to receive with their return to
work the next day unless it is a friday.
Calling Ahead
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to ensure she or he will be home or
at work to accept the delivery. |
